Terms & Conditions

By registering an account on the Olymp section of the Website, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. The services are operated from Curaçao under online gambling licence 8048/JAZ issued by Curaçao eGaming (Antillephone N.V. sub-licence) and are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice; if you are uncertain about your rights or obligations, you should seek independent legal advice.

Account Registration
Access to real-money gambling services on the Olymp version of the Website is strictly limited to eligible individuals who meet the age, identity and jurisdictional requirements set out in this section.
Eligibility and Jurisdiction
- Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register an Account and use the gambling services. The Operator may request evidence of your age at any time, and may suspend or close your Account if you cannot satisfactorily prove that you are 18 or over.
- Legal capacity: You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction of residence or from the place where you access the Website.
- UK grey-market status: The services provided via the Olymp version of the Website are not licensed or regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. As a result, UK-specific protections such as GamStop self-exclusion, IBAS dispute resolution and UKGC complaints mechanisms do not apply. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Website from the UK is lawful for you.
- Self-exclusion and vulnerable players: If you are self-excluded via GamStop or any similar UK scheme, you must not register or use an Account on the Website. Any self-exclusion requested via the Website applies only to this Operator and does not extend to UK-licensed operators.
Creating an Account
- Registration information: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate and complete information, including (at a minimum) your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, chosen currency and a secure password. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link or entering a code sent to the email address you provided. Until verification is complete, access to some or all services may be limited.
- Single-account rule: You may only hold one Account for the Olymp services. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities or opening Accounts on behalf of others is prohibited and may lead to closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings.
Verification (KYC) and Source of Funds
- Identification documents: In order to meet KYC and anti-money laundering requirements, the Operator may request documents such as a passport or national ID, proof of address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement), and evidence of ownership of payment methods used (e.g. a redacted bank or card statement).
- Source-of-funds checks: For certain customers, including those with higher levels of deposits, winnings or betting activity, the Operator may request information and evidence relating to your source of funds or source of wealth. If you do not provide satisfactory evidence, the Operator may suspend or terminate your Account and withhold withdrawals pending completion of checks.
- Timing and limits: The Operator may limit or block deposits, wagers and withdrawals until KYC checks are completed. You accept that this may cause delays to withdrawals and agree to cooperate promptly and honestly with all reasonable requests for information.
Account Security and Obligations
- Login details: You are responsible for keeping your username, password and any other security credentials confidential. You must not share your Account with any third party or permit others to access your Account. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account until you notify the Operator of suspected misuse.
- Unauthorised use: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support via the Website. The Operator may suspend the Account while investigating. The Operator is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your credentials where you have failed to keep them secure.
- Account inactivity: The Operator may classify your Account as inactive after a prolonged period without logins or transactions and may apply reasonable administrative procedures as set out on the Website. You will be given notice where required by applicable law before any dormant-account measures are taken.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
This section describes how bets and wagers are placed and settled, and sets out the standards of conduct expected when you use the Olymp services via the Website.
General Gameplay
- Game rules: Each casino game or product available on the Website is subject to its own specific rules, paytables and return-to-player (RTP) information, supplied by the relevant Game Provider. By placing a bet, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.
- Randomness and fairness: Outcomes in games using a random number generator (RNG) are determined by algorithms certified under the Curaçao licensing framework. While the services target UK players, they are not assessed or certified by the UK Gambling Commission. The Operator aims to provide fair and accurate results but cannot guarantee any particular outcome or pattern of winnings.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has defined minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary by game, currency, and your player status. You are responsible for checking the stake you set before confirming a bet.
Placing Bets and Wagers
- Bet placement: A bet or wager is deemed placed and accepted once it is registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your game or Account history. If a discrepancy arises between your on-screen display and the Operator's records, the Operator's server records will generally prevail, subject to investigation and applicable law.
- Available balance: You may only place bets up to the amount of your available Balance. Bets attempted in excess of your available Balance will be rejected. Bonuses may be subject to additional staking limits and restrictions as set out in the relevant promotional terms.
- Finality of bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and the game round has started, you cannot usually cancel or change it. The Operator may, at its sole discretion, void or cancel bets in the case of obvious error, technical malfunction or suspected fraud.
Cancellation, Errors and Voids
- Obvious errors ("palpable errors"): If a bet is accepted at odds, stakes, paytables or conditions that are clearly incorrect due to an obvious technical or human error, the Operator may declare the bet void and return the stake to your Balance. Winnings derived from such erroneous bets may be cancelled.
- Interrupted games: If your connection is lost during a game, the outcome may still be determined by the game server. In most cases, the result will be available when you reconnect and log back into the game. If a game round cannot be completed due to technical failure, the Operator may void the affected bets and refund stakes, or restore the game state to the last known fair position, in line with the Game Provider's rules.
- System maintenance: The Operator may suspend access to some or all games for planned or emergency maintenance. Bets that have already been placed but not yet resolved will be handled in accordance with the relevant game rules and these Terms.
Conduct in Games, Chats and Community Functions
- Respectful behaviour: Where chat or community features are available (for example, in live casino games), you must behave respectfully and lawfully. You must not use abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, hateful, threatening, or otherwise offensive language or content.
- No advertising or solicitation: You must not advertise other websites or services, solicit funds, promote illegal activity, or attempt to recruit other players for any purpose.
- No collusion or cheating: You must not attempt to cheat, collude with other players, exploit software bugs, use bots or automated tools, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage. The Operator may suspend or close Accounts and void Bets where collusion, cheating or abuse is suspected, based on reasonable evidence.
Technical Access, VPNs and Mirror Sites
- Access methods: You are responsible for the hardware, software, internet connection and any security tools (such as VPNs) that you use to access the Website. The Operator is not responsible for your inability to access the Website due to ISP blocking, firewall settings or other technical issues on your side.
- VPN usage: Some UK ISPs may block access to ollymp.casino. If you choose to use a VPN or similar tool to access the Website, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and with your ISP's terms. The Operator may restrict Accounts that use VPNs or anonymising tools where this interferes with KYC, AML or risk checks.
- Mirror domains: From time to time, technical "mirror" domains (such as jackpot.olympwin.net or https://olymp-casino-2.com) may be used to provide alternative access points. These may carry phishing and security risks if not verified. You should access the services only via ollymp.casino or other domains communicated by the Operator within your Account, and you should carefully check for phishing or imitation sites.
Bonus Terms
This section sets out general rules for Bonuses and Promotions available to Olymp players via the Website. Each Promotion may have additional specific terms which apply in the event of any inconsistency.
Bonus Eligibility and Activation
- Eligibility: Bonuses and Promotions may be restricted by country, currency, payment method, player status or other criteria. The Operator may refuse or withdraw any Bonus if you do not meet eligibility requirements or if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse.
- Activation: Some Bonuses require you to opt in, enter a bonus code, or make a qualifying deposit or wager. Activation conditions, including minimum deposit amounts and any maximum bonus value, will be stated in the specific promotional terms for each offer.
- Bonus crediting: Subject to meeting the relevant conditions, Bonuses will usually be credited automatically to your Account. If a Bonus is not credited as expected, you should contact customer support before placing further bets.
Wagering Requirements
- Turnover obligations: Most Bonuses are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements, meaning you must stake a specified multiple of the Bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both (for example, 30x Bonus) before you can withdraw Bonus funds or associated winnings. The precise multiplier and applicable amounts will be stated in the promotional terms.
- Contribution by game type: Different games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements (for example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all). Details will be provided in the promotional terms or general bonus rules published on the Website.
- Bonus and real-money balances: Real-money funds are generally staked before Bonus funds. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements, the Operator may, in line with published rules, remove any remaining Bonus balance and any winnings derived from that Bonus.
Restricted Games, Stakes and Actions
- Prohibited games: Certain games or game features may be excluded from wagering or may be restricted while a Bonus is active. Using an excluded game to progress wagering requirements may lead to the Bonus and any related winnings being cancelled.
- Maximum bet limits: While wagering a Bonus, you may be subject to maximum bet limits per spin or game round, as stated in the promotional terms (for example, a maximum of a specified amount per bet). Placing bets above the maximum permitted stake may be treated as Bonus abuse.
- Prohibited strategies: Irregular play intended to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as low-risk betting, hedging bets, or using multiple Accounts) is prohibited. The Operator may review play patterns and cancel Bonuses, confiscate Bonus winnings and close Accounts where abuse is reasonably suspected.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Abuse
- No automatic combination: Promotions and Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly allowed. If multiple Promotions are available, you may need to choose one. The Operator may limit simultaneous active Bonuses on your Account.
- Multiple Accounts and identities: Using multiple Accounts, shared payment methods or coordinated activity with other players to obtain additional Bonuses is prohibited. The Operator may cancel Bonuses and close related Accounts if such activity is detected.
- Right to withhold or adjust: Where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, fraud, collusion or breach of these Terms, the Operator may withhold, cancel or adjust Bonuses and associated winnings, and may deduct such amounts from your Balance, subject to applicable law.
Expiry, Removal and Adjustment of Bonuses
- Expiry periods: Bonuses, free spins and other promotional benefits are usually valid only for a limited period (for example, 7-30 days from award) as specified in the promotional terms. Unused Bonuses may be removed automatically after the expiry period.
- Changes and withdrawal of offers: The Operator may modify or withdraw a Promotion at any time for future participants. Any change will not affect Bonuses already accepted by you, except where required for legal or regulatory reasons or in cases of obvious error.
- Administrative corrections: The Operator may correct Account balances where Bonuses or winnings have been credited or calculated incorrectly due to technical or human error, provided that such corrections are reasonable and explained to you upon request.
Payments & Withdrawals
This section describes how deposits, withdrawals, limits and refunds operate for the Olymp services. Specific information on available methods, limits and processing times is provided within the cashier section of the Website and may change from time to time.
Deposit Methods and Limits
- Payment methods: The Operator may offer deposits via bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, vouchers and selected crypto-assets, reflecting its operation as part of a crypto-first network of casinos based in Curaçao. The availability of individual methods may depend on your country, currency and verification status.
- Minimum and maximum deposits: Each payment method may have its own minimum and maximum deposit limits. These limits will be shown in the cashier section. The Operator may also set overall limits on deposits for risk management and responsible gambling purposes.
- Third-party payments: You must use payment methods that are registered in your own name. The Operator may reject deposits and return funds where third-party payments are used, subject to payment provider rules and any applicable AML requirements.
Withdrawals, Verification and Processing Times
- Withdrawal requests: You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money Balance (subject to any applicable wagering requirements and checks) via the cashier section. The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within reasonable timeframes indicated on the Website, but does not guarantee instant processing.
- KYC and AML checks: The Operator may require you to complete KYC and source-of-funds checks before processing a withdrawal, even if such checks were previously completed. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if you do not provide requested information or documents.
- Payment channels: Where possible, withdrawals will be made back to the same payment method used for deposits. If this is not feasible (for example, in the case of some crypto-assets or vouchers), the Operator may propose an alternative method, subject to AML and security considerations.
Fees, Currency Conversion and Crypto Assets
- Fees: The Operator aims to keep its own fees reasonable and transparent. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, card issuer or crypto exchange may charge their own fees for deposits, withdrawals or currency conversion. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.
- Currency and exchange rates: If your Account is denominated in a different currency from your payment method, deposits and withdrawals may be subject to currency conversion at rates determined by the payment provider. The Operator is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or related losses.
- Crypto-assets: Where crypto-assets are accepted, their value may be highly volatile. The fiat value of your deposits, wagers and withdrawals may change between the time of transfer and settlement. You bear all risks associated with crypto volatility, network congestion, fees and potential regulatory changes.
Refunds of Deposits, Bets and Bonuses
- General rule: Once a deposit has been used to place one or more bets, or a game round has started, you are not ordinarily entitled to a refund of the deposit or stakes. Winnings and losses are determined by the outcome of games in accordance with these Terms and the game rules.
- Technical faults: In the event of a game malfunction or confirmed technical error that affects the outcome of a bet, the Operator may void the affected bets and refund the stakes to your real-money Balance, or reinstate the game to a fair state, in line with the Game Provider's policies.
- Bonus-related refunds: Where a Bonus is cancelled or removed due to expiry or your withdrawal request, any winnings generated from that Bonus may also be cancelled, but your original real-money deposits remain available for withdrawal unless otherwise required by law or these Terms (for example, in cases of fraud).
Limitation of Liability
This section describes the extent of the Operator's responsibilities for the operation of the Olymp services and the limits on its liability to you, subject always to mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded.
Our Obligations
- Provision of services: The Operator will use reasonable skill and care to provide the Website and related services, to maintain accurate records of Bets and Balances, and to ensure that game outcomes are generated in accordance with the relevant Game Provider's rules and technical standards under the Curaçao licence.
- Accuracy of information: The Operator aims to ensure that game rules, Promotion details and other information on the Website are accurate and up to date as of 2025. However, minor errors or omissions may occur, and the Operator reserves the right to correct them when identified.
- Security: The Operator will take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your Account and data from unauthorised access or misuse. However, no system is entirely secure, and you also bear responsibility for your own device and network security.
Exclusions and Limitations
- No guarantee of uninterrupted service: The Website and games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components, and is not responsible for failures caused by your equipment, internet connection or third-party providers.
- Indirect losses: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, including loss of profits, business, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of your use of the services, even if foreseeable.
- Maximum liability: Subject to the paragraph below, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Olymp services (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) will not exceed the higher of (a) the amount of your last deposited funds that remain on your Account and (b) the amount of the bet or wager that gave rise to the claim.
- Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory UK consumer protection laws where they apply.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible gambling: You are responsible for your own gambling decisions. The Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and is not integrated with GamStop or other UK self-exclusion schemes. You should not use the Website if you have any form of gambling problem or are subject to a self-exclusion under any scheme.
- Compliance with laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website is lawful in the UK or any other jurisdiction from which you access the services. The Operator does not accept liability for any breach of local laws by you.
- Device and connection: You are responsible for the condition and security of your devices, internet connection and software. The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from hardware or software failures on your side.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, software, game titles, audio-visual content, and underlying code, are owned by the Operator, its group, its licensors or Game Providers.
- Brand references: The Olymp brand and the Olymp version of the services, as used on ollymp.casino, are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in these marks or trade names.
Licence to Use the Services
- Limited, personal licence: The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Website and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited uses: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise exploit the Website or any part of its content, except as expressly permitted by law or by the Operator in writing.
Infringement and Reporting
- Third-party rights: If you believe that any content on the Website infringes your intellectual property rights, you should notify the Operator via the contact methods described in the Contact Information section, providing sufficient details to identify the rights and the allegedly infringing material.
- Consequences of infringement: The Operator may suspend or close Accounts and take appropriate legal action against Users who infringe intellectual property rights, including seeking compensation and injunctive relief where appropriate.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, the legal bases for processing, and how you can exercise your data protection rights.
- Applicable standards: Although the Operator is based in Curaçao, it aims to handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK Data Protection Act 2018, to the extent they apply to its activities in 2025.
- International transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, including Curaçao and other locations where the Operator or its service providers are based. Appropriate safeguards will be used where required by law.
- Further information: You should read the Privacy Policy available on the Website before registering an Account. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data processing, the Privacy Policy will prevail.
Changes to Terms
Updates and Notifications
- Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements in Curaçao or the UK, technical developments, or the Operator's business practices.
- Methods of notification: Material changes will generally be notified to you by one or more of the following methods: a notice on the Website, an in-account message, a pop-up prompt requiring acceptance, or an email to the address registered to your Account.
- Effective date of changes: The updated Terms will specify an effective date (which may be in 2025 or later) and will apply to your use of the services from that date onwards. Continued use of the Olymp services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Effect of Changes
- Review obligation: You are responsible for reviewing the Terms and any related policies on a regular basis. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Website and close your Account.
- Existing obligations: Changes to the Terms will not affect Bets already placed or Promotions already accepted, except where required by law or to correct an obvious error. In such cases, the Operator will act fairly and transparently.
Termination & Suspension
This section explains the circumstances in which your Account may be suspended or closed by you or the Operator, and how remaining Balances are treated.
When We May Suspend or Close Your Account
- For cause: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, and may withhold or void Bets and Bonuses, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, used the services for illegal purposes, engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, cheating, chargebacks or any other abusive behaviour.
- KYC and regulatory requirements: The Operator may suspend your Account where KYC, AML or source-of-funds checks are incomplete or unsatisfactory, or where required by its Curaçao licensing authority or other competent authorities. Access to deposits and winnings may be restricted during investigation, subject to applicable law.
- Risk and security: Accounts may also be suspended or closed for security reasons (for example, suspected unauthorised access), technical reasons, or to protect you from significant harm where evidence suggests problematic gambling behaviour.
Treatment of Funds on Account Closure
- Return of real-money funds: On closure of your Account (whether by you or the Operator), any remaining real-money Balance, subject to deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed, will normally be returned to you via an agreed payment method, provided that you have passed any required KYC and AML checks.
- Bonuses and Bonus winnings: Any unused Bonuses, free spins or Bonus-related winnings will usually be cancelled on Account closure, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by the Operator.
- Funds in cases of breach: If your Account is closed due to serious breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering or similar misconduct, the Operator may retain some or all funds in your Account where permitted by applicable law and licensing requirements, and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
Your Right to Close Your Account
- Closure on request: You may request closure of your Account at any time via the Account settings or by contacting customer support through the Website. The Operator may ask you to withdraw any remaining Balance before closure.
- Self-exclusion: The Website may offer internal self-exclusion or time-out tools to help you manage your gambling. These tools apply only to the Olymp services operated via ollymp.casino and do not apply to UK-licensed operators or other websites. They are not connected to GamStop.
- Effect of closure: Once your Account is closed, you must not attempt to open a new Account without the Operator's prior consent. The Operator may refuse to reopen closed Accounts at its discretion.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Primary governing law: These Terms, and your relationship with the Operator in connection with the Olymp services provided via ollymp.casino, are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that may apply.
- UK consumer protections: If you are resident in the United Kingdom, you may benefit from certain mandatory rights under UK consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those mandatory rights.
Dispute Resolution Process
- Internal complaints: If you have a complaint, you should first contact customer support through the Website, providing as much detail as possible (including your username, relevant dates, transaction references and a description of the issue). The Operator will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the Operator's initial response, you may request that your complaint be escalated internally. Given that the Operator is licensed in Curaçao and not by the UK Gambling Commission, you do not have access to UK-approved ADR services such as IBAS for disputes relating to the Olymp services.
- External complaints: You may be able to raise complaints about the Operator's conduct under the Curaçao eGaming framework associated with licence 8048/JAZ, subject to the procedures and jurisdictional limits of that authority as of 2025. Details of any available external complaints procedure are usually provided via the licence seal on the Website.
- Court proceedings: Subject to mandatory law, any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao. If you are a consumer resident in the UK, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where such right is guaranteed by mandatory law.
